1.Download the fix 2.Unrar 3.Open up where you installed Mass Effect (Usually C:\Program Files\Mass Effect) 4.Open the Binaries (In the Mass Effect folder) 5.In the Binaries folder, backup the original MassEffect.exe 6.Copy the MassEffect.exe that you downloaded 7.Run Mass Effect and enjoy

Seriously Mass Effect is a great game, thank BioWare by buying it, I am planning to by it for the PC, I have already bought the Xbox version.
